While the fix to our water line was quick (and expensive), the aftermath was horrible. The chunks of ripped up sidewalk was left for a month on the side of our driveway and we had to call to get it picked up repeatedly. We were not informed that at time ...of ripping up the sidewalk it could not be replaced until after winter, so our sidewalk and grass were completely destroyed for at 4.5 months. Once the snow stopped, we reached out weekly to have the sidewalk repaired and were continually told "we will get back to you". After months of following up and back and forth on who was actually responsible for fixing the sidewalk, they subcontracted out the sidewalk work. Mountaineer Plumbing did a wonderful job, except for forgetting to caulk the faucet of a shower system. I had to call them back twice to get the technician to come back out the next day because I was entering a long stretch of working days and had no ...other time. A new tech came at the end of the day and did a great job, finalizing caulking, and was very nice apologized for missing that.Read More...
