Mountaineer Plumbing did a wonderful job, except for forgetting to caulk the faucet of a shower system. I had to call them back twice to get the technician to come back out the next day because I was entering a long stretch of working days and had no ...other time. A new tech came at the end of the day and did a great job, finalizing caulking, and was very nice apologized for missing that.Read More...

I was very pleased with the whole ease of their process. From my initial contact, through scheduling a first visit, and then arrival and walk-through with their technician I felt comfortable. Chris was knowledgeable and listened to my information and ...ideas. He walked me through the project process and answered questions. He put together a few quotes so I would have options.
